Vegetable Stock

I save most of my vegetable scraps in a freezer bag. When the bag is full, the veggies all get boiled down into a delicious stock that has tons of uses.

This was my first attempt at making pizza with pepper jack instead of mozzarella. This recipe was good, but I think I prefer mozzarella.
